AC planetary gearmotor products from Groschopp are rugged and built for demanding applications. Choose from either 80-frame and 100-frame motors in single-phase and three-phase designs. Standard features include:
  • die-cast aluminum endbells
  • ball-bearing construction
  • tough, all-aluminum frame
  • durable powder coating paint system
  • innovative cooling channels inside the frame to eliminate lint, dust and other debris build up in the fins
  • available in both TEFC (totally enclosed fan-cooled) and TENV (totally enclosed non-vented) designs
  • Optional Encoder, Holding Brake & Mounting Flange on some models
All AC motors and gearmotors are built to class "F" insulation standards, which allows them to withstand temperatures higher than Class "B" ratings in intermittent applications.
