The Lintech 180 Series linear actuators are designed to handle heavy loads at very high speeds. These actuators utilize a low-friction, preloaded recirculating linear ball bearing system that travels on precision-ground linear profile rails. The rails are securely mounted to a robust extruded aluminum base, providing rigid support throughout the entire motion range. The load is supported on a precision-machined aluminum carriage with threaded stainless steel inserts for exceptional strength and durability. The drive system employs dual pulleys and a steel-reinforced polyurethane belt, delivering 3.543 inches (90 mm) of linear movement per revolution of the input shaft. The 180 Series supports NEMA 23 and 34 motor mounts, gearhead mounts, and planetary gearheads for versatile application integration.
