The rails are mounted to a precision-machined aluminum base, ensuring rigid support throughout the travel range. The load is carried on a precision-machined aluminum carriage with threaded stainless steel inserts for enhanced strength and wear resistance. Offering 25 acme and ball screw options, the 250 Series provides high efficiency and long service life at an economical price. Customization options include end-of-travel and home switches, linear and rotary encoders, power-off electric brakes, motor wrap packages, and versatile mounting brackets for multi-axis configurations.

Coupling Options
LinTech offers three types of couplings for mounting motors to positioning tables. These couplings help compensate for misalignment between the motor shaft and screw shaft extension, ensuring smooth operation when properly used. To maintain performance, the motor’s output torque should not exceed the coupling's maximum capacity. Applications with high acceleration, large back-driving loads, high-torque output motors, or servo motors may require couplings with higher torque capacity.
