90 Series Screw Driven Linear Actuator
The Lintech 90 Series linear positioning stages offer high performance in a compact, cost-effective design. Built with a low-friction, preloaded recirculating ball bearing system, these linear slides move along precision-ground round rails mounted on a rigid, precision-machined aluminum base. The load is supported by a durable aluminum carriage with threaded stainless steel inserts, ensuring robust strength and long-lasting wear. The Lintech 90 Series supports a wide range of options, including EOT and home switches, linear and rotary encoders, power-off electric brakes, motor wrap packages, and versatile mounting brackets to accommodate multi-axis setups.
Lintech specializes in Tailored Solutions for Every Project.
Ordering Information:
Screw Options
LinTech offers three ball screw configurations to suit various precision requirements. The rolled ball screw system features a tapped nut combined with a standard accuracy-grade rolled screw, while the precision ball screw system utilizes a ground nut paired with a higher accuracy-grade rolled screw. For applications demanding the highest precision, the ground ball screw system includes a ground nut along with a precision-ground screw. Additionally, some configurations are available with preloaded nuts that eliminate backlash, enhancing bidirectional repeatability and making them ideal for applications requiring exact positioning.

Coupling Options
LinTech offers three types of couplings for mounting motors to positioning tables. These couplings help compensate for misalignment between the motor shaft and screw shaft extension, ensuring smooth operation when properly used. To maintain performance, the motor’s output torque should not exceed the coupling's maximum capacity. Applications with high acceleration, large back-driving loads, high-torque output motors, or servo motors may require couplings with higher torque capacity.
