DL-25 Encoder
The DL-25 Absolute Rotary Encoder from Netzer Precision is a high-performance device designed for accuracy and durability. It offers a resolution of 17-19 bits with an extended accuracy static error of ±0.020°, making it suitable for precise measurement tasks. The encoder's compact profile, measuring 24.3 mm, and a weight of 30 grams, combined with a 25 mm outer diameter and a 4 mm shaft, make it ideal for applications where space is limited.
Constructed with an aluminum case and stainless steel shaft, the DL-25 is built to withstand challenging environments. Its operational capabilities include a maximum speed of 1,500 rpm and single turn absolute position measurement. The rotation direction is adjustable, adding to its versatility.
Electrically, the DL-25 operates with a supply voltage of 5V ±5% and a current consumption of 90 mA. It features interfaces such as SSi and BiSS-C, binary output code, and differential RS-422 serial output. Environmentally, the DL-25 is designed to operate reliably in a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
