Electromate has worked closely with Lonza for the past nine years to get the platform from its initial concept to its final stage. The system utilizes a peristaltic pump gearmotor with controller module, and tilt gearmotors with a servo-amplifier module for the cocoon door. It also has a brushed gearmotor for the magnetic separation in the cocoon.
