Celera Motion

As a Celera Motion distributor, Electromate provides a range of Celera Motion precision motion contorl solutions. Celera Motion advances the field of precision motion through a dynamic group of product lines, including Zettlex inductive encoders, MicroE optical encoders, Applimotion direct drive motors and actuators, Ingenia servo drives, and Westwind air bearing spindles.  Celera Motion’s precision component and subsystem solutions solve application-specific challenges for technology-driven medical and advanced industrial original equipment manufacturers around the world.

The MicroE brand of miniature precision optical encoders provide a range of products that achieve higher accuracy and speed while being smaller, easier to align and consuming less power.  The availability of multiple different form factors and mounting configurations provide the largest degree of flexibility while seizing the trend toward tiny, tightly integrated motion systems.

Offering the highest level of design and application expertise, the Applimotion brand of direct drive motors provide a wide range of solutions that are optimized to solve its customers' precision motion system challenges.  They deliver sub-systems with our direct drive motor components, fully engineered, validated, and tested, providing value-add assemblies for your specific requirements.

The Ingenia brand provides original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) with customized motion control solutions including high performance, high-power servo drives and control software for most motor technologies: servo motors (DC brush and brushless), microstepping, and step motors.  Advanced features include field buses (CANopen, EtherCAT, Ethernet/IP), sinusoidal commutation, field oriented control, advanced PID filters and more.

The Zettlex brand of position sensor technology uses an inductive technique, providing precision and signal stability irrespective of environmental conditions . The basic principles are similar to traditional inductive proximity switches or measuring transformers, but rather than bulky wire windings or spools, the position sensors use printed circuit boards (PCBs).  This enables compact, accurate, lightweight and robust position sensors.

Westwind air bearing spindles have been market leaders for over 50 years due to constant product innovation and development.  All spindles feature high precision, high rotational speed, and robust design for long product life.
