Multifunctional Robotic Screwdriver
The OnRobot Screwdriver is an electric screwdriver solution for collaborative robots, designed for automated screwdriving in assembly and fastening applications. It combines torque control, automatic screw detection, and built-in error handling in a single EOAT, eliminating the need for external controllers or pneumatic systems. The OnRobot Screwdriver is intended for applications where consistent torque, repeatability, and fault detection are required during automated fastening.
Typical uses include:
- Automated screwdriving in assembly lines
- Fastening operations in electronics, appliances, and general manufacturing
- Applications requiring torque verification and error handling
- Collaborative robot cells where pneumatic tooling is not desired
Note: A combination of the below options are included with your purchase depending on the model selected:
- 1x robot side quick changer
- 1x tool mounting flange
- 1x cabling kit
- 1x robot kit (The robot kit is required for Ethernet IP communication and software updates for all OnRobot tooling.)
