Screw Driven Linear Positioning Slides, Stages, Actuators & Tables

Screw Driven Positioning Stages from Lintech are used in applications where accuracy & repeatability are more critical than axial thrust forces. The base, carriage, and all sub-assembly components are precision machined which contribute to the accuracy and repeatability of the stage. These positioning tables use either an acme or ball screw as the drive mechanism. Square or round rail linear bearings are used to carry the user load. These custom configured linear positioning stages & actuators allow the user load to be positioned very accurately & repeatedly.

  • Lintech 610 Series These linear positioning systems use a low friction, preloaded, recirculating linear ball bearing system, which ride on precision ground linear rail guides. The linear rails are mounted to an extruded aluminum base, which offers a rigid support over the entire travel of the table's carriage.
  • Lintech 90 Series These linear slides use a low friction, preloaded, recirculating linear ball bearing system, which ride on precision ground linear round rails. The linear rails are mounted to a precision machined aluminum base, which offers a rigid support over the entire travel of the table's carriage.
  • Lintech 100 Series These linear slides use a low friction, preloaded, recirculating linear ball bearing system, which ride on precision ground linear square rails. The linear profile rails are mounted to a precision machined aluminum base, which offers a rigid support over the entire travel of the table's carriage.

The linear rails are protected by a Hypilon Polyester Waycover, and are mounted to a precision machined aluminum base, which offers a rigid support over the entire travel of the table's carriage.
  • Lintech 130 Series These linear tables use a low friction, preloaded, recirculating linear ball bearing system, which rides on a single precision ground linear square rail. The single linear profile rail is mounted to a precision machined aluminum base, which offers a rigid support over the entire travel of the table's carriage.
  • Lintech 150 Series These linear actuators use a low friction, preloaded, recirculating linear ball bearing system, which ride on precision ground linear square rails. The linear profile rails are mounted to a precision machined aluminum base, which offers a rigid support over the entire travel of the table's carriage.
  • Lintech 160 Series These linear stages use a low friction, preloaded, recirculating linear ball bearing system, which ride on precision ground linear profile rails. The linear square rails are mounted to an extruded aluminum base, which offers a rigid support over the entire travel of the table's carriage. The user load is mounted to the carriage by using the carriage's T-slot and with T-nuts.
  • Lintech 170 Series These linear actuators use a low friction, preloaded, recirculating linear ball bearing system, which ride on precision ground linear rails. The linear rails are mounted to an extruded aluminum base, which offers a rigid support over the entire travel of the table's carriage.
