The VG10 Vacuum Gripper is an electric vacuum end-of-arm tool designed for collaborative robot applications, providing adjustable vacuum and independently controlled dual gripping zones for flexible material handling without the need for compressed air. The VG10 is intended for pick-and-place, material handling, machine tending, and palletizing tasks where parts vary in size, shape, or surface condition and where ease of reconfiguration and deployment are priorities. As an electric vacuum gripper, it eliminates the need for external air supplies and simplifies installation and maintenance.
The VG10 features flexible, adjustable arms and dual vacuum channels, enabling each side of the gripper to operate independently. This increases cycle efficiency and allows handling of a broader variety of workpieces by activating one or both sides as needed, rather than single-zone vacuum gripping. Configurable suction cups allow adaptation to different workpiece sizes and materials, and third-party suction cups are compatible for application-specific configurations.
