The VLS-60 absolute rotary encoder by Netzer Precision is a compact, frameless position sensor designed for high-precision motion control. It features 17 to 22-bit resolution with ±0.015° accuracy, delivering precise absolute position feedback for demanding applications. With a 60 mm outer diameter and 25 mm inner diameter, it integrates easily into space-constrained designs while maintaining high reliability. Its bearing-less, non-contact design minimizes wear, reducing maintenance and ensuring long-term durability.
Designed to operate in harsh conditions, the VLS-60 withstands shock, vibration, EMI, and RFI while maintaining stable performance in extreme environments. It supports speeds up to 6,000 rpm, runs on a 5V supply, and utilizes SSi and BiSS-C digital interfaces for seamless integration into modern control systems.
