SynqNet Amplifiers

SynqNet amplifiers feature an all-digital motion control interface built on IEEE 802.3 standards for 100baseT, the physical layer of Ethernet. High communication rates allow this centralized control network to coordinate up to 32 nodes. 

The Kollmorgen AKD® Series includes a complete range of Ethernet-based servo drives, including SynqNet™, that are fast, feature-rich, flexible and easy to integrate into any application. These next-generation drives offer plug-and-play commissioning for instant, seamless access to everything in your machine. Paired with our best-in-class servo components, AKD drives offer industry-leading performance, communication options and power levels—all in a smaller footprint.

The S700 from Kollmorgen is a digital servo drive with extended functionality that is ideal for complex drive tasks. It incorporates onboard Ethernet connectivity for use with EtherCAT® and SynqNet™, and the optional MMC memory card enables parameter records and firmware to be easily backed up in the field. A Safe Torque Off function is standard, and other safety functions can be added.

Kollmorgen S700 servo drives are available with integrated safety functionality. This allows machine builders to create inherently safer machines with flexible safety zones with less wiring and configuration than ever before. Supporting products are developed using the IEC61508 specification and can allow builders to certify machines adherent to the ISO13984 specification when applied using proper specification practices.

AKD BASIC Programmable Drive Series AKD BASIC drives provide all the performance features of our leading AKD Series, along with built-in machine and motion control that can be programmed in BASIC programming language from Kollmorgen's AKD WorkBench. These drives can eliminate the need for a separate PLC or allow machine designers to customize drive functionality.

AKD PDMM® Programmable Drive, Multi-Axis Master Series The AKD PDMM™ provides an integrated servo drive and automation controller. It combines one AKD servo axis, a master controller that supports up to seven or more additional axes, and the full automation capability of Kollmorgen Automation Suite™ in a single, compact package.

S200 Series S200 servo drives are the first series of all-digital industrial drives with a velocity loop bandwidth of 800 Hz, offering plug-and-play commissioning, simplified tuning and unmatched performance in a small package.

S200-DLS Series The S200-DLS Series provides all the features and benefits of our standard S200 Series servo drives, and adds a Digital Link interface module, providing connectivity to the MMC Smart Drive and the Digital MMC family of controls.

S300 Series These compact, easy-to-use servo drives operate directly from grounded 115 to 480VAC, 3-phase, 50-60Hz lines and provide output current of 1.5 to 10 Amps RMS/phase, continuous, for driving Kollmorgen brushless rotary servomotors and linear positioners.

S700 Series The S700 is a digital servo drive with extended functionality to support complex drive tasks. It operates from 110 to 480 VAC, 1 or 3-phase, 50 to 60 Hz lines, and features integrated Ethernet connectivity for use with EtherCAT® and SynqNet™.
