Electromate provides both Lintech Profile Rail Linear Recirculating Bearings and SCHNEEBERGER Cross Roller Linear Bearings. These bearings contain rolling elements that circulate within the bearing housing as the bearing moves along a linear rail.
This design minimizes friction and wear, allowing for smooth and continuous linear motion.
Lintech Profile Rail Linear Recirculating Bearings
Lintech’s family of Profile Rail Recirculating Linear Bearings are cost-effective and offer short-delivery turnaround times.
Their MR, ARC & HRC Profile Rail Linear Recirculating Bearings incorporate two or four rows of re-circulating balls arranged in a 45 degree contact angle with the raceway.
The rigidity under moment and torsional loads is increased by this design. Larger ball size is used to enhance the load capabilities. This design offers equal loading in all directions while providing smooth motion.
MR, ARC & HRC Series Shared Features:
Sizes 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 45
N, H, and P accuracy grade
V0, V1, and V2 block pre-load
Short/Normal/Long block lengths
Normal and Flange width styles
SCHNEEBERGER Cross Roller Linear Recirculating Bearings
SCHNEEBERGER Cross Roller Linear Bearings are renowned for high accuracy, frictionless motion, high rigidity and high reliability.
A wide range of differing guides is available which, according to the application, may be fitted with balls, needles or rollers. This large selection of guides and rolling elements permits the user to select the optimum guidance concept.
