MR Series Mini Profile Rail

The MR series features a compact, two-row, recirculating profile rail linear guide bearing system, designed for precision and durability. Each block and the LM linear profile rail are crafted from high-quality 440 stainless steel, offering enhanced strength and corrosion resistance. To accommodate various application requirements, the series includes options for end seals and bottom seals on the blocks, enhancing protection against contaminants.

For extended maintenance intervals and improved performance, options are available for a self-lubricating block or a long-lube block, both designed to reduce friction and wear. Additionally, a reinforced block seal option is available to support higher operational speeds by ensuring robust sealing even under rapid motion conditions.

The MR series is tailored to meet diverse precision needs with three different accuracy grades: N grade for standard precision, H grade for high precision, and P grade for premium precision. To suit a range of load capacities and application sizes, blocks come in standard or long lengths, while rails are offered in standard or wide widths. This variety of sizes and configurations ensures that the MR series can be optimized for specific load requirements and spatial constraints, making it an adaptable solution for a wide array of industrial and automation applications.
