TRSA Series Pre-Aligned Dual Shafts

The Dual Rail Shaft Assemblies, known as the TRSA series, offer a streamlined approach to integrating a linear bearing system into mechanical positioning applications. This pre-engineered assembly features two steel shafts that are mounted and pre-aligned on a common base. This design significantly reduces the effort and time traditionally required to align two separate shafts, enhancing installation efficiency.

The assembly includes an aluminum support with pre-drilled base mounting holes, simplifying the process for customers to mount the system. Furthermore, each aluminum support, available in lengths of 6, 12, 18, and 24 inches, is equipped with two threaded holes at one end.
