It features a CR1025SM battery with a 36-month life in typical conditions and an optional external battery supply voltage of 3.3V +/-10%. The interface includes SSi and a differential RS-422 serial output, with a clock frequency ranging from 0.1 to 5.0 MHz. The position update rate is 35 kHz, extendable up to 375 kHz.

Environmentally, the VLM-60 meets EMC standards (IEC 6100-6-2, IEC 6100-6-4) and operates within a temperature range of -20°C to +65°C, making it a reliable choice for various environmental conditions.
